Went to westmall just now as toby wants to terminate his M1 line which he has not been using. We had our dinner first cos as usual I'm the hungry fellow. Haha! Sometimes i wonder why foodcourt always have so many kinds of food available. I always cannot make up my mind on what to eat as there are too many choices and end up eating the same kind of food. So after dinner, we went to the M1 shop on level 1 and took a queue number. Once our number is flashed, we went to the counter and told the lady about the termination of the line. She said we had to go to level two to do so. Damn! When we went up, took a queue number and we had to wait again. My god! I dont understand. There were about 5 counters with staffs working and talking to each other when we walked in. But the moment they saw us walking in, they hide behind their LCD monitor screen and were busy typing away. Dont know what they are doing. After toby's number is flashed, I sat there waiting for him for about 15-20 mins! Dont know what the lady was saying to him. Had the urge to go over to tell straight at the lady's face that "He just want to terminate so you should just cut the crap to stop talking and just terminate the line!" but as usual, I dint do it as I dont want to cause a stir about it. For the next 5-10 mins, i was still waiting and finally toby stood up and say we can go. On the way up to the Starhub shop, he told me about what the lady told him. Basically all are just some bullsh*t stuffs. When i reached the Starhub shop, i asked the lady if i can downgrade my plan there. She said I cant and it can only do it by calling to 1633[starhub HOTline]. So i asked "Then what is this shop for? Doesnt it read Stuhub on the signboard?". She then said that they are a dealer of Starhub but their shop name is Cherry Mobile. I wanted to tell her to tell her boss to change the signboard to Cherry Mobile instead of Starhub to mislead unreasonable people like me. Whatever with the signboard, I then asked her if I can downgrade my line and purchase a new phone at the same time. She say can. DUH! Dint she say I cant downgrade there a min ago and now say I downgrade and purchase a phone at the same time. It is really fustrating to me. Nevermind about all this, I then told her the phone we want to purchase and she called starhub and check for dont know what. And she turn to me after a while and say "Starhub say you still cant downgrade your plan yet. If u want to downgrade now, you have to pay an extra of $100." I dint know what to do and just look at my bf cos he is the one who needs to buy the phone not me. He said "Like this then I dont buy aldy." But I can remember clearly that I should be able to change my plan aldy. But all this timing thing is not the main reason to make me fed up. It is the can and then cannot and can things that is getting on my nerves! 1 min she say I cant change the plan there but can only do it through by calling 1633, then the next min is that I can downgrade and purchase a phone at the same time. Isnt it obvious that they only entertain people who spend money there so they can downgrade at the same time? Contradicting! Then she called to Starhub and it says I cant downgrade yet unless i pay an additional of $100. But previously she say I can only do it through calling 1633 then what is she doing now? She should have take the effort to help mi to check when u told her about it the moment i sat down. I mean at least she might be able to get my deal right? I know I should not blame her for it as she is just a worker. Anyway, I cant slp again so here I am tryin to type to make me feel tired and sleepy. Haha! GTG. Tata~~~
